    As the founder and driving force behind Sit in Trend, Mari has been leading the company with passion and determination since its inception in 2008.

    Coming from a travel industry background, Mari understands that customers are the heart of any successful business. She values every client who has supported the company over the years and believes that building relationships is just as important as delivering great products.

    Mari is equally passionate about her team, recognising the dedication, care, and commitment each person brings to the business every day. Her hands-on approach and unwavering focus on service continue to shape the culture and success of Sit in Trend.

    Monique – The SiTuation Specialist

    Every successful company needs someone who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and for Sit in Trend, that’s Monique.

    As Mari’s Personal Assistant and an integral member of the internal sales team, Monique wears many hats. She manages website enquiries, oversees social media campaigns, answers calls and emails, and provides exceptional support to customers every day.

    Friendly, efficient, and professional, Monique has a natural ability to make customers feel valued and looked after. It’s reassuring to know that whether Mari is in the office or not, clients will always receive the same level of care, attention, and service that Sit in Trend is known for.

    John – Master of the Warehouse and Deliveries

    John joined Sit in Trend in 2009 and has become an indispensable part of the company.

    If you’ve ever received a delivery from SiT, chances are you’ve experienced John’s professionalism firsthand. Always friendly, always positive, always reliable, and always on time, John takes immense pride in everything he does.

    From managing stock and maintaining an impeccably organised warehouse to ensuring that every delivery leaves in perfect condition, John’s attention to detail is second to none. His commitment to excellence helps ensure that every customer receives their furniture exactly as expected – and often with a smile included.

    Candice – The Sales Ninja on the Loose

    The newest addition to the Sit in Trend family, Candice joined the team as our External Sales Representative and has hit the ground running.

    With more than 20 years of sales experience, Candice brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm to the business. She is efficient, approachable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

    Whether she’s visiting existing customers, building new relationships, or exploring exciting opportunities for growth, Candice is helping to expand the SiT footprint while maintaining the personalised service our customers expect.

    Sit in Trend (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2008 with a simple vision: to provide exceptional furniture backed by outstanding personal service.

    The business began in a modest 50-square-metre storage space and was built on just three years of furniture industry experience.
