Are SiT products guaranteed?

Yes. In keeping with our Promise of Style and Quality at affordable prices, Sit in Trend (Pty) Ltd, is confident that we provide the most efficient product and best value. Our guarantee is for 2 years and is strictly on normal wear and tear. All products are guaranteed as stated in our Terms and Conditions as listed below and should be followed when installing our products to avoid breach. Read more about guarantee terms.

How do I care for my SIT furniture?

  • Take note of maximum loading weight: chairs is 125kg and tables are 15 – 20kg.
  • Do not use indoor products for the outdoors.
  • Place furniture on flat surfaces.
  • Cleaned using a weak washing liquid, warm water and a soft cloth unless otherwise instructed by the installation team and or suppliers. No heavy abrasive products eg; Handy Andy to be used.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We only deliver within South African borders. Delivery is an additional fee. Please request a quote on checkout.

How long will my order take?

  • A 3 working day clearance period for all payments is required before orders will be despatched/finalised.
  • For products in stock, please allow up to 5 working days for Johannesburg delivery and 10 working days for national deliveries to take place.
  • For products in back order, please allow for 12 weeks for delivery.
